Terms of Service

To use ReputeFox, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate, current, and complete account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

Free Trial: ReputeFox offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. Your trial will automatically expire unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Billing occurs at the start of each cycle and automatically renews unless canceled.

Payment Authorization: By providing payment information, you authorize ReputeFox to charge subscription fees to your payment method. You must provide accurate billing information.

Price Changes: We may modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Contact support for refund inquiries within 7 days of billing.

You agree to use ReputeFox only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must NOT:

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Your Content: You retain all rights to customer data, reviews, and content you upload to ReputeFox. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to use this data.

License to ReputeFox: You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide our services (e.g., sending review requests, syncing reviews, generating AI responses).

ReputeFox Content: Our Service, features, branding, and software are owned by ReputeFox and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Data Export: You can export your data at any time. Upon account cancellation, we'll retain your data for 30 days to allow recovery before permanent deletion.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. ReputeFox is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

We reserve the right to:

• • Modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• • Perform scheduled maintenance (we'll provide advance notice when possible)
• • Update our Service to improve functionality and security

ReputeFox integrates with third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, Yelp, Trustpilot, etc.). These integrations are subject to each platform's terms of service and API limitations.

Important: Changes to third-party APIs or policies may affect ReputeFox functionality. We're not responsible for third-party service disruptions or policy changes.

You must comply with all terms of service for platforms you connect to ReputeFox.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReputeFox shall not be liable for:

• • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• • Third-party platform suspensions or policy violations
• • Negative reviews or customer responses
• • Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for ReputeFox in the 12 months preceding the claim.

By You: Cancel your account anytime from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• • Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• • Engage in fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• • Pose a security risk or abuse our Service
• • Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination, you must cease using ReputeFox and may lose access to your data after 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• • Email notification (at least 30 days' notice)
• • Dashboard notification when you log in
• • Updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page

Continued use of ReputeFox after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree, you must cancel your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
